"I contacted my State Farm office for some information about a premium increase, and having my odometer reading submitted to underwriting in hopes that It will lower my premium somewhat. Valerie was very nice to deal with. She gave me a lot of information and it was very helpful. She submitted the information to underwriting and will contact me back with the response. She was very patient and we discussed several things during our conversation. I did not feel rushed, and Valerie gave me the courtesy of giving me enough time to answer all my questions."
