"Alma Orozco assisted me this morning with our new registration and she provided over the top service. A few hours later, I realized I had transposed a number in the VIN. I emailed Alma, and within less than 5 minutes she had corrected MY error amd issued new cards amd paperwork.
This is why we have been with State Farm all of our driving years. And Valerie Tichy Drummer's office is number 1"
